Speak Spaghetti is a free game run by Mindblast S.r.l., Via Alberto Sordi 16, 03100 Frosinone, VAT number IT03275040602. These terms apply to anyone who buys the game something and to anyone who buys the sponsor slot. For any question: info@mindblast.it.
Buying us something
The menu (a coffee, a spritz, a pizza, Sunday lunch) supports the game, which stays free for everyone. Prices are the ones on the menu, in euros, taxes included.
It's a donation: you get nothing in return except our thanks.
Payment happens on Stripe, which receives your card details and sends you the receipt.
If you paid by mistake or something didn't work, write to us within 14 days and we'll refund you.
The sponsor slot
The sponsor slot is for businesses and professionals. Buyers choose how much to pay, at least the current price shown on the slot's page, and upload a logo, a link and a short text.
The amount is held on the card and charged only when we approve the ad. We check every ad before it goes live and refuse vulgarity, gambling, politics and adult content. If we refuse it, or someone pays more in the meantime, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
The ad stays live until someone pays the current price to take the slot: there is no guaranteed duration. That price starts at 25% more than you paid and halves every 7 days, never below €20.
Clips recorded while your ad is live show it forever, even after the slot has passed to someone else. Name, logo and link appear on the slot's page, and with the amount on the sponsor board.
Electronic invoices come from us, not from Stripe: write to us with your billing details.
In general
The game is offered as it is: we do our best to keep it working, but gesture recognition can get things wrong and the site can be down for a while.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts where you live remain competent.
